Pump It Up

Pump It Up, in my opinion, is better than Dance Dance Revolution, esp. the Prex 2. I love 90% of the songs (I love you is quite annoying) and I like how the steps are too. It grades better in my opinion as well, on DDR, you miss 3 steps and you get a B. I perfer Pump It Up I think..

Just my opinion..

Well, in these months I have become quite affluent in PIU, and an awesome thing happened.

CHATTANOOGA GOT EXCEED2!!1!!1!11!1!1!

Yeah, got to play it for the first time last night, it's a much better interface than before, less confusing, and the graphics are AWESOME.

I'm now the best in Chattanooga, and I've so far gotten to the level where I can generally get an A on every level 14 song. I still can't play doubles, and the right pad doesn't do much to encourage me to learn, but I'm trying.

I really like PIU. I think I've found quite a few songs I wouldn't mind freestyling too, a lot more than in DDR.

And wow do I have a lot of room for improvement. The 20's own me right now, but I'm trying

Chattanooga needs a ITG2 Machine!
Hey pinkdoom, I'm going to be in Chattanooga on June 17-18 (on my way back from a trip to Gulfport). We're staying at the Sheraton Read House, know anything about it?

Anyway, I doubt I'll have any time for DDR/PIU, what with hotel pools and hot tubs and such. Still, know any arcades downtown? :)

My blog You said, "I'm gonna run you down." I heard, "I'm an orangutan."
That'd be a no.:( I'll be on the lookout for this place to reopen( http://www.starrgatecafe.com/ ) to reopen, with a 4th plus machine, but besides that there's only a decent home-version-internet cafe right now.

The PIU machine is waaaaay away from downtown. :( *** Edited 4/11/2005 10:55:44 PM UTC by thepinkdoomofmonkeys***

Wow, talk about reviving dead topics...

If you really want to discuss something relevant, you can talk about PIU:Zero coming out on Feb. 1st... (www.ph-online.net for now, eventually www.piugame.com will be updated with info).

I wonder how much of a coincidence that DDR Supernova was mentioned at the same time PIU:Zero is being released and ITG3 was announced at their Las Vegas tourney... Hmmmmmmmmm....
