Pump It Up Xceed

Well we got a new package in at GameStop the other day - Pump It Up Xceed for the PS2 (aren't we through the whole "X" fad yet?). Anyone play it or try it out? It's $59.99 packaged with the PIU pad, which is the same cost as the DDR Extreme package.

I would buy it, but it's only a soft pad, and PIU is the one game we already have in Chattanooga.

I haven't played it for PS2 but I have the home version for the PC and have played it in the arcade a lot of times. The PS2 version looks to be good except it's missing some older songs. I plan to pick it up once I can get a deal on it.

If you never played Pump It Up, I suggest going to Pumpxtreme.net and going to the machine location list and try it out in the arcade to see if you like it or not. Be warned though that most people that are used to DDR hate it at first and some aren't willing to give the game a chance. It takes some getting used to but I like it almost as much as DDR.
