Pugh Shows

What's this I read about Pugh Shows liquidating their assets? Is that true? I have followed this company for many years. They always had top notch equipment and played many festivals and fairs. I sure hate to see them go

The auction was towards the beginning of Feb. in Florida and run by Norton's. A variety of stuff was sold including some Chance Wheels, Zippers and other standard midway fare. I beleive the Mack Caterpillar going into Americana used to be Jeff Pugh's and was bought back by his family.
