PTC & Charles Jacques e-mail addresses needed

I am currently doing a research project of sorts and could really use the e-mail addresses of Tom Rebbie @ PTC and Charles Jacques Jr. (author of various Kennywood, Idora and Hershey books). I tried the PTC website for an e-mail address but I didn't see one, and I wouldn't even know where to start for Jacques address.

You can e-mail me if you wish not to post to the masses. If you have either one, it would be greatly appreciated!
