Protesters climb Southport's Cyclone, park a memory for millions

Two people are against the destruction of one of Southport’s most beloved fairground rides, The Cyclone, climbed to top of the 60-foot high wooden structure on Monday.

Southport's Pleasureland closed down for good earlier this month. The park holds many summer memories for millions of visitors.
