Protesters climb Southport's Cyclone, park a memory for millions

Two people are against the destruction of one of Southport’s most beloved fairground rides, The Cyclone, climbed to top of the 60-foot high wooden structure on Monday.

Southport's Pleasureland closed down for good earlier this month. The park holds many summer memories for millions of visitors.

Thats interesting, If I was close I would have headed there to sit on the coaster for a while lol, too bad it already ended =/
