In a media briefing presented Tuesday afternoon, independent ride safety consultant Tony Rossi explained his approach to investigating the coaster incident and indicated that engineers would be on-hand to conduct "test dummy" testing of the Raven on Friday. Will Koch announced that Indiana state ride safety inspectors have concluded their inspection of the Legend, which will re-open today.
The county prosecutor says witnesses saw someone matching the victim's description standing up while the ride was in progress.

Also, don't be quick to take the word of a lawyer about people seeing this person stand up during the ride. Let's wait until the facts are in. I wouldn't be surprised to find out that this person was doing something less than safe causing this tragedy to happen.
Time will tell.
I could see your point if those comments were attributed to an attorney for the park. But those comments were made by the Spencer County Prosecutor's office...
