Proof that Giovanola is still in the game

Hopefully this will put to rest the debate as to whether Giovanola is still making coasters or not.  It seems that they have recently updated their website, and the amusement rides section has been expanded with much more detail than before.  I seriously doubt that they would do that if they didn't plan on being around for a while.

That's interesting...there's a pic of Avalanche Run (Disaster Transport) listed under "other rides".  Another bobsled is there too.  At first I thought it was Screamin Delta Demon, but it's not.  The old Bobsleds from SFMM/SFGAd perhaps?

Here's to hoping parks order up some Giovanola inverts. Eurostar looks absolutely insane!

Giovanola makes other stuff too, so I roller coasters aren't their only products( like buildings).  Plus they make simulators, pirate ships, etc.  This probably makes no sense but I am trying:)

Unfortunatly, I bet some people will still think they are out of the industry. 6 or so months ago someone posted a letter written from them in responce to them still being in the industry, and some people still thought they weren't.

I got a whole packet about their roller coasters and other amusement rides a  few days after christmas and there was a letter that said they would install rides.  So I guess they are still in the game, persay.

Best of all, look at the non-penetrating footers..is that thing portable?!?!?
CF should order one up IMMEDIATELY and rotate it between the parks without B&Ms.  Then they could gauge the response and accurately predict the time it would take to pay off a permanent model...

Eurostar IS insane! Insanely rough that is... It has the reputation of being one of the most intense and roughest rides on the world.
Peabody, the old SFMM bobsled is currently La Vibora at one of the Texas SF parks (Fiesta I think)

My other car is a Giovanola!
Thanks.  It currently has a crazy paint job.  I think the picture might have been taken at SFMM or SFGAd.

Different one.  SFGAm's went to Great Escape.

It is at Six Flags over Texas now, Peabody. It is named La Vibora and has a red, yellow, black, and green color scheme.

You'd think that the letter that someone posted 6 months ago would have been proof enough.

I'd love to see more rides from Giovanola. Especially an invert from them. Eurostar looks to be one intense ride.

Oh, in the stand-up coaster section, there's a picture of Shockwave going through what looks to me like a Zero-G roll. Am I looking at that picture right?

Off season too long...can't go on...must ride coaster...

decoy, thats Shockwave at Drayton Manor. A while back I sugested that they, not B&M, were the ones who were invloved with the Intamin stand-ups.

Thanks, TrBiggar. I knew it had to be Shockwave at Drayton Manor because I don't recall Shockwave at SFMM (now Batman: The Escape at SFAW) having anything like that.

Yes, EuroStar *is* portable.  Somehow, that frightens me and excites me :)

I just realized that there's something that isn't shown on the new site -- their twist-and-tilt coaster.  There is no mention of it at all.  Have they abondoned this concept?
