prob with RCT2 - CoasterBuzz

I bought the game about a month ago and it worked fine, then it would only load every now and then. Then It finally wouldn't ever load. I just bought it again because there was a mysterious scratch on the first one but the second I have yet to get to load, there is more hope it has came closer to starting (don't ask cause it is to long to tell) but it should start all the time. What should I do?

where can I get the no cd patch

I find it funny that the copy protection software they used for this game (SecureROM which absolutely blows) is so stringent that legal paying customers have to resort to an illegal patch to play the game. Thank you SecureROM for making me have to patch yet another game that you people F'ed up.
