After hearing that story, I have a new found respect for Knoebels. I have to add the park to my list for next year. I wasn't planning on going when I'm back in Pennsylvania next year, but I think I'll have to. Way to go Knoebels. The big guys need to take some lessons here. This is how amusement parks should be. :)

It's my understanding that Michigan's Adventure is a privately owned park. When the WOlverine Wildcat was built, the local newspaper had an article about the owner. Apparently, he is a huge fan of rollercoasters. It seems to me that riding empty rollercoasters over and over would be boring.
is that coaster on the richie rich movie somewhere or is it fake? cuz thats the closest thing to a private coaster that I can think of
