Pride Night Kings Island 2017

Greetings All,

I was just curious to know who out there will be attending Kings Island on Friday September 8, 2017 for the final Pride Night at the park ??? Its been going on for 20 years and has been a popular event. Some of the proceeds from the event are donated to the local Cincinnati Gay & Lesbian Community Center. This will be the LAST year for the event so Im heading up from Houston for the event. I was gonna wait til next year but once I learned this was the final year for the event, I changed all my plans and booked my flights. Any of you other coaster lovers in the gay community (or allies/friends thereof) going? If so, hope to see you there..... You gotta love the Beast at night in the dark! Lets do this!

I'm in Columbus and have gone to Pride Night many times, but not recently. It's all for a good cause, and even as a season pass holder never minded ponying up the money to go. Provided the weather cooperates, it's an excellent evening and rides are plentiful and there's great entertainment. This year you'll find Willam and Bob the Drag Queen.

I hadn't heard this will be the last. Why is that?

You booked your flights? Have you learned nothing from the running joke? You've just insured that Pride Night will be delayed by 2 weeks and that southern Ohio will be plagued by bad weather between now and September 8th.

And Tommy what would you rather I do? Wait til the last minute so that the airfare between Houston and Cincy quadruples in price ?
