Priceline 4* in Aurora/Streetsboro (Geauga)?

Priceline claims that there is a 4* hotel in the Aurora/Streetsboro zone. Niehter biddingfortravel or betterbidding lists any known priceline hotels in that zone. Looking at AAA's listings, I'm guessing it *might* be the Walden Country Inn & Stables. It seems nicer than a typical 4*, but they may have asked to be downrated to provide opacity.

All the others look like they should only be 3* hotels, from what I can see. Anyone ever bid this zone?

I believe its the Bertram Inn. Located about a mile or so from the park.

If it is the Bertram Inn, it is super close to GL and easy to get to and from the park from there. We stayed there last year, and thought the place was exceptionally nice (and most likely a 4 star hotel).

It has to be the Bertram Inn. I can't think of anything else near there. And if it is, it's very nice. I've done corporate retreats there.

or in Beachwood, they have like a bajillion hotels RIGHT off the freway.

The bertram is only about a 1/4 mile down the road. Both the GL and bertram hotels are right next to the park. The GL campground is the best for me, because it's right at the park, and there is an entrance to the south side that they just put in right next to the entrance of the campground. It's all away from any of the city area, and makes it nice being that there is no real drive to and from the park. Very nice.
I think Beachwood is well outside that Priceline zone, so those aren't in the mix. (Beachwood is part of Priceline's Cleveland metro area, not the Canton/Akron one.)

The Bertram does look reasonably nice, and their conventional rates are excellent for the weekend we're thinking of. I may just book that rather than trying to get it via PL. On the other hand, there are five Canton/Akron zones, and Aurora is the only one with a 4*, giving me potentially unlimited free rebid opportunities...

I would also have to agree that it's probably the Bertram. Not only is it close to GL, they also have shuttles to the park.
