They are offering a combo deal with a one day admission to SFSTl and a ticket to a Cardinals game for 50 bucks.

My favorite MJ tune: "Billie Jean" which I have been listening to alot now. RIP MJ.
Not bad at all.

Now I think about it, be really cool if the Brooklyn Cyclones (Mets farm team at Coney Island) did a promotion like that with Luna Park and/or the Cyclone.

^I'd take them up on that!
I read somewhere that for 60 bucks Mark McGwire will inject you with HGH to make sure you grow tall enough to ride the coasters...
P.S. Honestly though, I didn't read that anywhere.... ;)
You still have Zoidberg.... You ALL have Zoidberg! (V) (;,,;) (V)
$50 for a minor league game and carnival rides is kinda high. Then again... It is New York. I have not been to Coney Island yet this year, but I have been twice in the past. Cyclone was OK for the history, but vastly over rated. Add all the Nathans Hot Dogs you can eat to the deal, and you might have something....

I have no idea how much it would cost if they ever did it..the Cyclones are a low-level farm team (but a helluva lot better than the Mets!) Their ticket prices are about 1/4 the price of a Cardinals ticket. So I figure it would be substantially less than $50...$35 sounds about right. Yeah, the dogs would put it at $50, but sooo worth it.
And I'm glad to see someone agrees with me on the Cyclone. It's a very good ride (if expensive) but it was kind of anti-climactic for me since I was already in my early 30's and had been on quite a few larger, faster coasters by that time. It's iconic and a classic, and I'd never turn down the chance to ride. But my 6 or 7 rides left me with the "eh" feeling.
