The president of Universal Studios' Orlando theme park operations was let go Tuesday in a reorganization of the company's largest theme park property. Felix Mussenden held the position for two years.

Provided that IOA coninues to run seemlessly, I have no problem with this...the "studio" section of IOA rarley holds my attention beyond MIB.  Other than MIB and HHN, I didn't see much going on there that really looked like good business decision-making.  Guess I'll have to get my resume in NOW!

Now lets all remember that IOA is part of UNIVERSAL ORLANDO, which includes 2 parks, IOA and UNIVERSAL STUDIOS. The studios portion was there LONG before IOA.
I enjoy the Universal Studios just as much as IOA. IOA has some excellant coasters/spiderman but it isnt like Universal Studios is a lame park or run as bad as a Six Flags Park. They both compliment each other and are excellant parks.
If SF parks are run so bad why have you been to so many?

The company sounds just like my friend's old teacher, but that's a different story.

I go to six flags parks as they are more plentiful and for alot i dont have to fly which saves on expenses. Ive never flown to get to a six flags parks but i would gladly fly to go to wdw/universal. You can not beat their atmosphere and overall experience, six flags has good rides but nothing more.
IOA is simply the best theme park in existence imo.  I love it there.  However, the studios were great fun as well, especially MIB, Jaws, Earthquake and Twister.  I also liked the fact that each attraction was separate, unlike Hollywood, where a lot of them are part of the tram tour.  As for the president leaving the company, I'm sad to see him go.  Universal resort is a great destination, better than WDW imo.  The staff there is top notch, and the rides are awesome.  I only hope that the next person in charge doesn't make any serious, Pressler-like changes to the resort.

Funny, this was the thing I *did not* like about USF. I really loved the tram tour of USH. It was like an hour long continuous attraction....no wating in lines...nice seat..heck, I even streched out.. But maybe it's just because I went to that one first (USH). Which did you do first?
