Premiere coaster question (Speed)

If all the Bowl kind are getting lap bars, and the Chiller, whats the deal with Speed, and that should get one over any, cause you only go through a loop once foward and once backward, and the bowls go through 4 inversions, and the Chiller, 4 and 6 times, so whats the deal with Speed?

Who knows? Perhaps the owners of Speed TR want it that way?

I've never heard anyone say that Speed the Ride was rough. So why bother??

The reason that Chiller and the others got lapbars was becuase they were unconfortable without them.

I know speed is not rough, but that ride it'd be nice if you could look around, I mean why have them, when you don't need them, and premiere is offering them on all there coasters?

They cost a lot of money though, i don't think it would be economically feasible to put them on coasters that don't really need them.

I think eventually they'll get the lap bars on S:TR, maybe not right away, but after a while the OTSR's will start to deteriorate (especially the padding), and lap bars are just the answer to everything =)

Well, Why i think Speed hasn't gotten lapbars yet is because Speed would be closed for a few months, I dunno why since it seems like the LapBar trains are all new. That's just my reasoning on why the Robin Train was gone the whole season last year. And Mr. Freeze, the spagheti bowl and Batman side all got them when the park closed. But This hotel is year round, so since it isn't in a desperate need for lapbars, Speed will get them as soon as the current trains are not working as properly as it should or if they are in need of a replacement. Also, another reason this could be only affecting Speed is because it only has one train right? It doesn't switch like Mr. Freese

It's like what MagnumForce said. The other Premiere rides were "broken" so to speak, and Speed isn't. If it isn't "broken," don't fix it. I only hear people talk about how smooth that ride is, where people would always complain about spaghetti bowls, Mr Freezes, and B&R.
