POV and more of Voyage

So...this Voyage coaster they just built.

I heard it looks pretty good.

I cannot believe how this thing keeps up its speed till the end. WOW!

47 hours and counting till I am in the front seat!

Wish I could tell, suddenly I can't get one freakin' piece of video to work on this thing. Skyhawk, no, Voyage no, stupid cheap company work computer.

It sounds great though. I hear lots of screaming but no picture.

See, I think it's got a long way to break in and is awesome as it is.

Timbers does that bounce thing over the hills unless it's running insane and thats what Voyage is doing in the reverse footage. Evening, Drizzle and Event rides on them first three hills should be airtime bliss.

However, The rest of the ride apears insane as is! If I hadn't have ridden Hades, I would also have said NO friggin way to the speed this coaster has! Speeds great, But the sensation of speed combined with actual speed.

MF is great, It's fast but this coaster, Even 20mph slower is going to give you the forces and sensation of speed that only a wooden coaster can with it's bents, handrails, crossties!

The two most impressive things to me from the videos are the double 90*s all the way to the midcourse. Lots of changes of direction and altitude and the hop over the lifthill and finally. That hop over the lifthill looks like it's giving wicked ejector just as it turns and drops and the ending looks wicked and fast, fast, fast.

Well, I figured something out. Even though where I work has DSL, I cannot view the high speed connection. I can view the Dial-up one, but the picture is less than one square inch. I can blow the picture up, but the graphics integrity goes to crap. So who the heck are those two girls screaming their heads off???

You and the rest of your H. World friends have unleashed a monster! It looks awesome! Even better than I expected, and my hopes were very high!

I can't believe the amazing speed at the end of the ride! It's hauling! And the off-ride shots off the first few hills are amazing... It flys over those hills so fast!

And those tunnels... Fantastic!

This is what's getting me so far. The speed is tremendous as most everyone has mentioned. What's 100% blowing my mind, as well, though, is the sheer amount and rapid-fire nature of the direction changes in the turn-around. As soon as you pop out of that tunnel its just BAM BAM BAM as far as changes left and right goes. Just amazing.

^It looks like Thunderhead with better airtime.

I have GOT to get my computer fixed, being unable to watch these videos is giving me the *wrong* kind of adrenaline boost...LOL!

I'm not going to watch the POV. I want the first POV I see to be *my* POV. Sure I've seen a few construction pics but I feel watching the POV will be ruining the surprise for me.

Moosh, while I felt that way about *EE*, and definitely understand that idea, it's a wooden coaster, there's no way I'm worried about being "prepared" for what Voyage is gonna dish out...the video is just an appe-teaser... ;)

Imagine Hades' first pass through the tunnel. Now repeat than about 10 times in a row. That's the second half of Voyage. :)

Man, I love how after the midcourse, you sort of ease into the tunnel, then absolutely blast out of it!

Good move, Moosh... If you have the wherewithall to resist watching the vid, I commend you! I sure as heck couldn't do it!

Thank you so much paula. Absolutely amazing. I can't believe the speed, it never gives up. I wanna say that it seems to have an engine in the back from the amount of speed it has. It has to be the best wooden roller coaster I have seen. You got yourselves here a award winner that is gonna rake in the best wooden coaster and most likely best coaster.

So happy I chose this year as my first year to visit Holiday World and not last year...

Wow! That's one crazy coaster. The reverse POV is a great showcase of the ride.
