While a theme park developer wants to turn a Nashville area scrap yard into "Thrillopolis," experts and state environmental agencies say the site will require a lot of cleaning up. The scrap yard is likely contaminated with decades of toxic substances that came from shreded cars.

beat me to the punch there jdancisin......funny movie, not exactly a classic film, but certainly fits the bill....
P.S. Love the sig
Nashville does need a good park. They closed Opreyland awhile ago and my vacations haven't been the same. Sound like it'll cost them a lot to clean up. They may need to look at an alternative site.
It would be cool if they could bring back some of the Opreyland coasters. Chaos was cool. Last I heard is that it was in storage some place.
If you agree, use the email links I gave on the previous thread linked above! *** This post was edited by Raptor Pilot on 5/17/2002. ***

no serious, do you know what it costs to comletely dig out the site, and re fill it with clean sand ?
its no fun for the people who have to pay it of for the people who have to do it, a college of mine once did a job like that, He had to wear a special suit and he looked like a freaking alien and could'nt even scratch his leg, it itched for hours, He was so happy when it was time for lunch...
