Possible removal of Skyscraper from Valleyfair!

It makes the most sense to send it to a park like CP. You would want an upcharge ride like this to go to one of the busiest parks in the chain. The most likely reason Skyscraper would be leaving VF is that it no longer generated the additional revenue to justify it's existence in the park. I cannot imagine it could ever generate that much additional revenue at a small park like MiA. CP would seem like the best fit, or at least one of the other larger parks. I will miss it.

The next question is if VF will be offering upgrades to their season passes like in previous years. Last year they charged an additional $40 upgrade for unlimited Challenge park usage all season, and an additional $40 upgrade for unlimited rides on RipCord and Skyscraper. There is no word yet concerning plans for this season.

It's already in CP's parking lot.

I assume this is going into VertiGo's former footprint?

^^No pictures? ;) I don't think I was ever at the park while Vertigo was there. If I was, I certainly don't remember seeing it. Where in Challenge park was it located?

I was also told that it is in the parking lot at Cedar Point for what it's worth.
