Vekoma making Porsches? What next, Intamin making cookies? No wait, that's Entemmans (sp?).
Looks like that got that idea from RCT.

I had a similar looping experience in a car once, except mine wasn't affixed to a track and had no upstops anyway. ;) Didn't Blackpool put an F1 car on TEH BIG ONE!111 (The Big One) once?
^Sorry for the unfunny humor, I'm sleepy. :)
I've often wondered from time to time, how to write good poetry- and make it all... Work.

Well that's something you certainly don't see everyday. Does anyone read German and understand the thread? What was it done for, a commercial perhaps?
Tuesday, December 7, 2004 2:59 AM
Yeah, the site says "...it is from an advertisement from Porsche".
Welcome back, red train, how was your ride?!

Here's the gist of the thread:
"Hey, look at this stunt from Porche!"
"Dude, that's fake!"
"No, it's not!"
"Yes, it is. Can you prove it's not?"
"No, I can't, but it's not, I promise."
"No, it's not! Look, the sticker on the wheel is coming off in one of the photos!"
"Okay, it's not fake."
"Told you! I'd like to thank my family, my girlfriend... thanks a lot!"
(Note: this is all just loosely translated. ;) )

It was done several years ago at the Efteling in The Netherlands. Advertisement filming only. No rides offered to the public, no contest, no silly games. Just a very original commercial.
