pop up coaster?

This has nothing to do with paper or books....

Seeing how SFgadv doesn't look like their getting a new coaster, has this happened at any other park and then, POP! A new coaster appears the next year? If there was what park was it and ride? I just noticed that the last couple of coaster Great Adventure got where secrets. Nitro we didn't fond out until Febuary, and medusa was uncovered in mid December, i think.

One more question that I would like for someone to anwser. Why are so many parks starting to buid there coasters so early. like Air, That tilt coaster, the new floorless at SFne. What's the rush?

Déjá Vu

What's the rush?  Oh I don't know....how about Batwing, Deja Vu, Phantom's Revenge, Vertical Velocity, X, X-Flight....   None of these coasters opened when the park began the season, or were delayed well past their original projected opening date.  I say start building them as soon as possible to allow for delays and plenty of time for testing.  Notice the parks that started building early -- Dorney, Silver Dollar City -- had their rides open the first day of operation.
