No, he's using EZ-board, a free service. This product lets you get at the code and do as you wish. It's generally a better product with more features, and you can bet new versions will be out soon as people make feature requests. It's also priced competitively with similar products. It's even cheaper than a certain product that used to run on this site. (cough-ubb-cough)
