Plunge launch delayed, but testing

The new Perilous Plunge water ride at Knott's Berry Farm has missed its launch date, reportedly due to problems in construction. However, the ride has had a pull-through and the pool has been filled with water. It's kind of odd seeing those Intamin hyper-coaster seats and lapbars on a water ride, sitting four across!

Gotta ride 'em all!

We'll keep an eye on the local media about this.I know that they want a few weeks of operation under their belts before Labor Day weekend with this one. The last thing Knott's would want to do is deal with debugging the ride on a major holiday weekend.
