Go down until you see the box with the Blue arrow and the...????????? click that.
The new page that opens up will have you login. Assuming you don't have an account, press the upper of the blue "???" hyperlinks.
The next page then asks if you want full membership or just enough to complete the questionnaire and do other similar things. For the questionnaire, press the second orange button, "???????????"
Press the "????" button in the upper left to agree to the terms
First line is login ID. It can be english letters or numbers
The next 4 lines are for your name in Japanese...these things worked for me..
(Ok, since the Japanese won't work on CB try to just copy and paste some japanese text into the name boxes and see if that works)
1st box ?? 2nd Box ??
3rd Box ?? 4th box ??
Fourth line is male on the left, female on the right
Fifth line is birthday given as Y,M,D
Sixth is occupation, choosing from: Company worker, Public Servant, Self-employed, College/Grad student, Grade/Mid/Highschool student, Housewife, Part-time, None, Other (that order)
Then it asks for your email, typed twice for certainty, and then "mobile email" twice for which I just used the same address.
Press "????" to continue You probably don't want to subscribe to any of these magazines so click the same "????" button
Check that everything you entered is correct, and press "????" to press on. "???????" is to go back and fix any goofups
Then go back to the first page and press ?????????" again so you end up back at the login screen
Use the ID you told it, and get the password from the email they send to the account you provided. The password will be the garbage english letters in the email.
Click "????" and you can take the questionnaire.

A day is a drop of water in the ocean of eternity. A week is seven drops.
The only other music game I really like is Dance Maniax, which luckily my arcade also has (the arcade owner's have a good relationship with the DDR crowd :) ). It's really fun, but not as challenging. I've played it for about a month and I'm already at 10's!

I am out of town this whole weekend, but perhaps tomorrow I'll stop by before work and give it a shot. (gotta love places that are open 24/7!)
