Please Help!!!!

In RCT i downloaded a workbench and a trainer but i dont know how to use them! when im at the begining screen what should i do?? please help!

Is the trainer on? Also, just open a park that you want to have fun with. It is bust to have the "Window" option on, so you can just use the taskbar to move out of and in RCT.
