PLC on Xcelerator?

On ACN they have the latest updats (april 13th), and on the 2nd page it says "the plc is begining to take shape", I dont know, but it almost looks like an indoor que house. What is it, and what does plc stand for?

PLC = Programmable Logic Controller

A PLC is the "computer" that controls the rollercoaster and all of it's different systems.
