A small plastic cover slid off the Dodonpa train and hit a rider in the knee, only slightly injuring him. Not much of a story to it.

I had a piece of foam cover fall off the shoulder rest of GL's Double Loop and hit my thigh. I knew i should've limped off the ride.

A plastic piece... that eliminates the possibility of it being an axle. I wonder if that park checks theirs? ;)

Oh wow! that is one misleading quote from the article.
