Construction crews worked through the recent cold snap to complete an even bigger chill by May 24. That's when SeaWorld hopes guests will find the park's largest expansion to date pretty cool, itself. Antarctica: Empire of the Penguin is in the final months of construction. What can't be seen over construction walls, through joints in the construction fence, or even from above when riding the park's iconic Sky Tower, are the documents, photos and models safely tucked away from guest view.
