PKI Winterfest Closed 12/9 Due to Weather

When you go to www.pki.com a window comes up and says that due to inclement weather the park will not be open tonight. Can you imagine the mess that is going to be on their hands tonight? Not every single person who has tickets etc. is going to see the website. I guess they forgot that WINTER takes place during WinterFest.

Now that's ironic.

We did have about 5 inches of snow yesterday but all roads are pretty much clear.

Question would be, could the park clear a good portion of parking lot and all pathways within the park in say 9 hours?

Im sure they'll be open tomorrow.

That's not irony. That's bad luck.

Irony would be living in Seattle and having your wedding in Phoenix to avoid the rain... and then it rains in Phoenix on your wedding day.

5" in Cincinnati? When I lived there 1" of snow was enough to send people into panic mode! I'm surprised PKI didn't decide to just cancel the whole season after that "blizzard." :)

The Golden rule of Admissions management: The gates will open, whether you are ready or not.

I think the "irony" is in the fact that Winterfest suggests snow, and Winterfest was cancelled due to snow.

Of course, anything titled Winterfest here generally requires snow.
