PKI Winter photos

Steve over at PKI sent me a few winter photos from the park...

very cool...i love that Racer pic, with the snow sticking to the tracks going down the drop. id love to walk thru a park in the winter, that would be a neat experience...:)

Those are cool. I had fun hiking thru Mt Olympus to get my winter pics...but I also got sick. It was a good experience though.

It's always interesting to see something that you only see during the summer with snow dumped all over.

(I have the non-coaster ones up. :) )

I don't get something. In the pic of Racer that Jeff put up, there is a sign over the lift hill, but in two other pics from the same day, that sign is not there.

Yeah I know all about whats it like to see a park covered in snow...I work at a waterpark, and this is my first off-season working there, and at first it felt really wierd to be working there and just walking around when everything is all covered in snow, but then you get used to it, but it is really cool to see everything all covered in snow.

When I click on the link, all the images say "This image may only be viewed from coasterbuzz.com". I've seen this before on coasterbuzz, but never inquired as to why it happens. Jeff (or others), do you know how to prevent this from happening?

RavenTTD: One side of Racer is backward, thus the sign is backward.

RavenTTD - I don't think that is the lift hill in your link. Hence, no sign.

Ah! Thanks. I was a bit confused there.

RavenTTD, I am in no means a Racer know-it-all, but I think that is the hill just as the tracks split and do their turnarounds. You can see that same hill on the left side of this photo.
