Some people have been commenting on the PKI Website's lack of upkeep. I wrote the webmaster and gave my opinion on the lack of new information. I got this response:

You are absolutely correct with your observation on our web site. It is a long sad legal story that I won't get into here. We do have a new site manager that is to take over soon. I am sure you will see a noticeable improvement.

Wow! What a difference. The new page certainly loads up much quicker. The old one was sooooooooooo slowwwwwwwwwwwwwww! And I even have a DSL connection! I shudder to think how long the old one might have taken with a 56 modem.
