This was my first trip to PKI and i was VERY impressed. The park was Clean, Fun, and the ops were very fast and cooperative. In my opinion, every theme park chain has one park as there satple park:
Six Flags--Magic Mountain
Cedar Fair-- Cedar Point
Disney-- Magic Kingdom
and
Paramount--- Kings Island (agree????)
Kings Island fuffils this role beautifully. It has tons of family and kid rides, good food, and thrill rides, which are in my opinion, better than Cedar Point.
Well anyway, on to the coasters.
I will rate from 1-10 (10 being the best)
(we didnt get to ride Face Off or King Cobra.)
Top Gun--- 8
Very good suspended. Very intense and very fun. If it was longer, it would surpass BBW as my #1.
Adventure Express---5
I have never been a fan of "mine trains", but this is as good as they get. A bit rough in spots. A point higher if the ending wasnt so cheesy. (YOU WILL PAY!!)
Racer(forward, no backward rides for me!)-- 7
Very good out and back with no real surprises. Pretty good airtime. Overall, just enjoyable!
Outer Limits, Flight of Fear--- 9
I LOVED this. I experienced no headbanging at all. I loved the launch, and especially the slow corckscrew at the end. The themeing is TOP notch!
Vortex--- 7
Fun! Slight headbanging, but nothing bad. I liked this alot. It was also kinda cool about the amount of air time on the second hill!
SON OF BEAST-- 10
I fell in love with this coaster. It is SOOOO fun and intense. The drop is amazing, and so is the loop. I thought that this was very smooth. I dont care what people say, this ride ROCKS!

This is the type of ride that people dream about! I dont know if they used the trim breaks or not, but it certainly didnt seem like it! The final helixes blew me away. This is my new favorite ride of all time!

I never experience headbanging either. Thats why most people don't like the ride.
