PKI Top Gun + blackout = ?

Just thought somebody might get some amusement out of this. I recently went on a roller-coaster-a-thon at CP and PKI. THe object was to see who could ride the most roller coasters in two days with re-rides counting. One guy got on Top GUn and explained his situation to the ride op, who allowed him to stay on the ride without having to get off each time. He ended up riding it 51 times in a row with his final count of 102 at the end of the contest. Most of his other ones came from magnum and blue streak at CP. He said that by his 40th or so ride he was on the verge of blacking out. If not for that he would have gone longer. That has got to be a record or something.

Even if this is true, it might only be a record for that park and coaster, People have marathoned rides for MONTHS most recnetly the Giant DIpper at Belmont.

There are people on this board who have ridden Gemini 100 times in one day, without rerides, if I remember correctly.

that may be true and all but the biggest part of all of this is that the kid who did this is only 14 or 15. I just thought that was really cool. You don't have to analyze everything, i just wanted to share it with everybody.

I wish I could set one of those record for riding the longest. I wonder how they get the chance to do that.
