Paula - I've been to your park only twice, so I'm probably not the best judge of how it's working. All I know is, when I was there last, there were at least three people smoking in the Raven's line (one of whom tossed a lit cigarette in the grass under the Raven structure), and there were smokers near the Tilt-a-Whirl and while we were eating our fried Oreos.
No biggie though. Reflects more on individuals than the park, IMO.
