PKI Discount Tickets

Hi all,

I am going down to PKI next tuesday, is there anywhere in the area I can get discount tickets, plus are there any decent cheap hotels in the area that anyone reccomends.

I haven't tried it out, but PKI has an E-Ticket process on its site at www.pki.com. It saves you $10 on admission($32.99) compared to the regular price of $42.99. I believe you print your ticket out and use it at the park anytime during the Season. If you don't want to go down that route, Blockbuster Videos has discount offers available until Sunday, June 15th. As I'm not from the area, I can't help you with hotels. Sorry. Dan - I recommend the e-tickets if you've got access to a printer, and I also recommend the Red Roof Inn in Mason, 3 miles from the park on I-71. I got a nice room (two double beds) for $40/night on a weeknight, with a discount for reserving online.

At area Blockbuster locations, you can purchase tickets for $31.99 I believe and save $11. Also, not as good as the Blockbuster or online e-ticket deals, but bring a Coca Cola can to the ticket booths, and you can save $5 on up to six adult admissions.

Or hook up with an ACE member who will buy your ticket for you half price. :-) As far as motels, the King's Mill is usually on the pricey side, but sometimes you can find package deals. If anything go to the Motel 6 in Sharonsville..exit 44 off of I-275.

Most coupons can be found at the area motels and/or grocery stores and fast food places.

I have a thing called "Kings Island Fun Club Card." I picked it up someplace in Kentucky earlier this spring. It offers:

$15 off weekends 4/12 - 6/15
$15 off weekdays 5/23 - 6/13
$10 off weekdays 6/16 - 8/22
$5 off weekends 6/21 - 8/17
$15 off weekends 8/23 - 10/26

The card is good for up to six admissions and is reuseable all season.

Find someone who went to BeastBuzz who is not going to use their discount passes they were graciously given.

You can purchase discount tickets to PKI at Meijer's for only $24.99, but you have to purchase them by Monday June 16th, they are good for any day (including weekends).

If you have AAA, you can get tickets for $25 that include the night before (after 5pm)

... but you only have 2 more days to buy them.

Our BlockBuster here in Kentucky has one day admission tickets for 19.99. That's the cheapest I've ever seen them. I had to pick one up today before they go off sale on the 16th.
