PKI 4/29

Associated parks:
None

For starters, the park was really crowded as it was boy scout and girl scout day. I waited about 15 minutes for the Racer and an hour for Face Off. by the time I was off Face Off the crowds were dying down and the wiat for the racer was about three minutes or two trains. After that my group headed to the beast. When we were right by the flying eagles, I looked at the vortex, (boomerang) and it had white primer on it. (Which was not there a week earlier.) So they ARE painting the Vortex, but I don`t know if they can paint the whole thing before daily operation begins. Also, when we rode the Beast, on that new acces road was a bobcat, backhoe and a forklift. The only change to KCKC I saw was the first conveyor belt on the lift had been removed. Whatever PKI is doing in 2002, they sure are starting early!
Was anyone else at PKI on this day?

BTW, Rodger Bingham of Survivor II will be at PKI on mother`s day, May 13. (At least that`s what he told me in an assembly at Anderson High School!
I was at PKI on Saturday the 28th. It was really crowded that day also.
