Pkd is it good?

Thinking about going the week of July 22. Want to try something different. Sounds like it's a nice park. Long lines??
Do not go on a saturday if u can help it......sundays are ok...weekdays are great, everything can be a virtual walk on except maybe a 10 minute wait for Volcano.....Hypersonic XLC always has a decent wait, because of low capacity. It's my home park, definitely try it out, and make sure u get in a couple of rides on the Flight of Fear, especially in the back where it is Gforce heaven :)
Well the coasters are just a part of it. The park has a wonderful atmosphere and the landscaping is commendable. It is my fav paramount park.....well ......after Canada's Wonderland. But wou will definitely have fun.
Just there tuesday and nicee then PKI in my opinion. The resmeblences upon entering the park are eerie. Very nice park. Go for it if you have the chance.

Ah what the hell.....Magnum What?

S:ROS blew me away

I went last summer in July on a Tues. evening and all day Wed. Volcan had about a 20 min. wait and Hypersonic was 20-25 min. The woodies were walk on for ALL seats. All the other coasters/rides were anywhere from walk on to no more than a 5 min. wait

If you go to the waterpark, expect lines there if it is really hot.

I hope so, I'm going in three weeks.

I'm sure it will be though, the guys on these boards speak of it pretty well.

thanks guys!

Sounds great! I am going to be there on 5/18. I have been to PKI many times, but haven't been to PKD since I was very little. Thanks for the post xterra.
