PKD for cheap? - CoasterBuzz

Anyone got any tips on getting into PKD cheaply (besides the obvious season pass).

If you are in the area, pick up a coke can, they sometimes have discounts to PKD and Carowinds. Think its like $10.00 off.

Go to Wendy's and they have coupons for 6 dollars off general admission for March 22- April 27 and 15 dollars off for April 18-21. (these discounts are for Carowinds, but I'm sure they have the same coupons for PKD in VA). Also, if you buy your ticket online you get 10 dollars off. I hope this helps!

Wendys usually always has coupons, but PKD sends me, via the company I work for, posters and tons of discount coupons every year. (As does BGW.) If you work for a company, or know someone at one...see if they can contact the parks and sign up for the coupon mailings each year. They seem to be better than the ones you pick up in stores. I usually end up having to request more because all of the employees grab them up like crazy!

We have SFNE and sometimes GAdv., but PKD is a bit far south.

ApolloAndy....my package has not come in yet from either place, but I will keep you in mind! They usually send me about 50 coupons to start with. It is an employee appreciation package, so I sure they only send them to businesses.
