PKD and Tomb Raider?

At PKD I've noticed (obviously) that Diamond Falls has been removed. Near that area, though, there is a little "shrine" to the movie Tomb Raider. It just has a poster or two, with some statues, but it's pretty big. My question is, does anyone think or know if this will have someting to do with whatever replaces Diamond Falls, or is it just coincidence that it's right there?
I strongly feel that it's just the right place to advertise the right movie. I mean, it's a big gapping hole that the park wants to hide until they decide what to do with the area and the TR movie advert fills the area nicely as well as fits into the themed area. I wouldn't take too much out of it, PKD is usually more straight forward when they are trying to conceal a construction area, take for example the walls built around Drop Zone in late 2002 and the walls built around Scooby Doo in late 2003.

If you can't stand the heights, get out of the line.

PKI also has a big statue behind the tower from the movie and with posters. I know the Tomb Raider is already in the park. I was think it was there just for the stunt show they had from what I was told.
Those statues were there to advertise the movie that came out in July. They never removed them and I don't know why. There is a sign still there says "Tomb Raider in Theaters July 25th" or something along that line. I don't think it has anything do to with a Tomb Raider ride.

Well there's a chace that a Tomb raider themed attraction might go there in 05.

Now what I really don't get is that management specifically stated that DF was being removed for a new 2004 attraction & then they ultimately decided against that & built the scooby doo dark ride in kidzville instead.

There was once a man who said (dont remember the exact quote, but it was about put this way) "Tomb Raider will be exclusively at PKI" In case you dont know who that is, is Mr. Jeff Siebert.

If PKD were to get a Huss Giant (Top Spin or otherwise), I see little reason to theme it as Tomb Raider.....even IF it were to be enclosed (highly doubtful), it'd probably be themed to some other Paramount picture, something more current.

Not that Angelina Jolie is in ANY way to be considered "yesterday's news"......:)
