Pilot crash lands helicopter in Dreamworld parking lot

A pilot is being hailed a hero after he crash-landed a helicopter in a vacant parking lot of a Gold Coast theme park after the aircraft apparently lost power. Pilot Matsumi Sato and four tourists - two men and two women - were taken to hospital with minor injuries.

I'd be sayin - "Good job, Pilot Sato! Thanks for saving us!... and hey! as long as we're here..."

"Shelley Winkel from Dreamworld said the pilot was experienced and hadworked with a private charter contractor at the theme park for about adecade."

I suspect the tourists were already at the themepark, RCMAC

Oh, well in that case I'd be saying "ummm...can't you get us a little closer to the gate?"

I must've assumed because it's in Australia (which I guess I need to learn more about) that they would be closed right now due to winter or something! Never mind!

So much for the idea of using helicopters instead of segways to get around Disney World....

Fact everyone should know about the Gold Coast theme parks, there is no closed for the off season, even the water parks are open 365.

I just hope they got their hand stamped so they could get back in the park. ;)
