Wow, reminds me of the family of ducks that made an unexpected trip up the water lift tube at Rip Roaring Rapids the year it opened. Hopefully they put some mesh up.

I wonder if the bird had something wrong with it that it didn't or couldn't move... animals at least make an attempt to move if they are healthy. I have seen sick birds sit in the street and not move, but they had the west nile virus...

If you look closely in the video, the bird
does make an effort to move when the coaster flies by... obviously not fast enough.
A friend of mine got hit with a seagull on Millenium Force this summer @ CP.. He had gull blood all over his shirt. CP gave him a free shirt to make up for it. The funniest part was that somehow, they knew -- when he went out to his car at the end of the night, his normally-deep-blue car was more of a grayish-white color :) It had gotten bird-bombed like crazy!
