Just got back from processing my pass and took these pictures from the front plaza.

They added the new bracing rather unobtrusively if you ask me.

It's weird that the new supports are yellow like the track. It would look a little nicer if they were teal like the rest of the supports.

Tales for the L33t

While teal would have made more sense, the yellow makes it look like an "extension" of the track and doesn't scream "LOOK AT ME, LOOK AT ME" (Yes, in reference to 10 things I hate about you ;) )

When I saw the pics, first thing out my mouth: "that looks stupid!" It really does. It looks out of place and tacky. Itb seems like it was cheaply done.

And cheaply done? Seems like its very well done and unobtrusive if you ask me. If all impulses were like that you woudl never know the difference and you would say it's "stupid"

Seems Intamin just did what they had to do.

Magnum, I just think that they could have done a better job. It just doesn't fit in with the other supports and if it helps the ride then who cares?

BTW For comparison sake I did a 2 second photoshop of teal supports. I'll take yellow anyday of the week.
