When will these ugly coasters stop to grow everywhere and smash the ears of poor riders who wanted a decent thrillride for their money?
When B&M and Intamin lower their prices maybe?

Last I checked, a small inverted B&M like Talon wasn't much more than an SLC. Besides, it's not about "lowering prices," this ain't Wal-Mart we're talking about here. SLC's might be cheaper because they require no R&D to design. That design was paid for years ago!

Exactly my point Jeff. Their cheap, and their easy. And they open on time. And last I checked, they *were* selling them at Walmart.

I think I said this earlier this week in another post. If they would change those grooved-earpads and change to the Invertigo wheel design they would have something.
Parks'll stop buying them when people stop riding them.
