All I can say is WOW!!!

The park was acting Cedar Pointish or Herrsheyparkish. The rides had no lines. They employees were friendly, and yes they were actually helping guests. They had managers everywhere through out the day. They had people cleaning everything during the whole day, and the park employees had new litter claw type devices. All the rides were open except for Texas Twister and Double Loop, also the Silver Bullet broke down during the day. Also, at the main gate they were checking bags with hand held metal detectors, and if that beeped the person had to show what was in the bag.

Rides

Villan- 2nd train running all day, but with water dummies. Hopefully tomorrow it will be running with people. The ride felt like how it ran two years ago. Two train op, but see previous statement.

X-Flight- Today the trains were not reclining on the lift hill. Don't know why, but still great. One

train op, and lines were no longer than 45 min.

Serial Thriller- I love the new padding on there. I was able to ride it without getting a headace. It

was great. One train op.

RWB- Ran great, no line. I was able to ride it 17 times without getting off, and half of those times

they just let the train roll through the station. One train op.

Big Dipper- All I can say is GREAT!! On train op.

BKF- The ride was great. They started off with one train op, but add a second train after an hour.

The park also had some people from the NASA space research center from Cleveland do shows today. I also saw more landscaping throughout the park. The day was excellent if they keep this up in time they will surpass Cedar Point.

Not to get started on this again, but a 45 minute wait with a one train op on X-Flight would bug me. 45 minutes is hardly "no line" by anyone's definition (2Hostyl? :)). Maybe they had good reason for not running the other one - who knows. It's good to hear they've improved in some aspects (trash pickup, friendliness) at least.

Have they ran the 2nd train at all? I was there briefly on May 4th and they only ran 1 train as well.

Joe, they have been running the 2nd train usually. Hopefully all the problems will continue to get ironed out. :)
