I have one day in San Fransisco on a weekend for 1 theme park. In terms of better rides and shorter lines should I goto SF Marine World and Paramount Great America???

I'd say that your best bet would be PGA, because IMO, they have the better selection of rides with more variety. They have a good atmosphere and can handle crowds quite well (the latter quality is something that SFMW tends to lack)

I would pick MW for their coaster lineup:
Roar, awesome GCI (one of only 5) super twister
Medusa, another fabulous B and M floorless
V2, intense launched coaster
3 superior world class coasters.
PGA has more count, but very little quality. The Schwarzkopf shuttle loop is quality, their B & M s are quality but very short, a good arrow wild mouse, then bad wood and bad riding vekomas. They do however win in the flat ride category.
PGA has extremely short lines on weekdays. If you wanna be able to ride with no lines definatly choose PGA.
I don't know, I'd go to MW because of V2, Medusa, and Roar, but PGA has Stealth Vortex,and Top Gun,they also seem very nice. It's up to you whatever is more conveniant.

I have no idea! Stelth was the coolest ride ever! I haven't got on Medusa yet but there preety close.
Boomerangs:
Invertigo is so much cooler! It is a higher, faster, inverted face to face, and better ride!
Inverts
Kong VS. Top Gun
TOP GUN! That ride is probibly the best at PGA belive it or not. Smoothest ride there is and its 8 years old. The ride is very nicely themed and the line really moves.
V2 vs Greezed Lightning
I haven't ridden V2 but GL is sweet because it has no line! V2 has to be better though.
7th Portal vs. Dinosphere 7th portal is so sweet! Dinosphere may not even be 3d some days.
But PGA has, Demon, Vortex, Pyscho Mouse and Drop Zone that SFMW can't compare with, PGA is much better themed and has a great atmosphere. The lines are much shorter here to. I guess I hold a grudge at SFMW because I went there on my 8th grade trip and they really screwed my day up and If I hadn't ridden my first big coasters there, I would of hated it!
