PGA and PKI Boomerang Bays

Just a few general questions concerning Crocodile Dundee's Boomerang Bay water parks at Parmount's Great America and Paramount's Kings Island.

1. Which water park was planned first, PKI or PGA?

2. How do the water parks at PGA and PKI compare? i.e. Number of rides, type of rides, themeing, size, food, etc.

There are no bad coasters, only better coasters!!
