PG Co, Md tornado warning

Gotta quote a bit I heard a commedian use once about a guy who tied himself to a tree to prove that he could take the winds from a hurricane.

"It's not THAT the wind is blowing, it's WHAT the wind is blowing. If you're hit by a volvo it's not going to matter how many situps you did that morning"

I'm sure a coaster might be able to take the winds. However if the tornado picked up an 18-wheeler and tossed it at a ride, I'm pretty sure that there would be major damage.

So, now that the weekend is over, is our beloved SFA still standing? *Phew*...thank the heavens. I'm homeless now, but at least I can ride roller coasters.
^I'm pretty sure it's still standing, otherwise we would've heard about it in the news by now.

Actually I'd be a bit more worried about some flooding in the park than anything else....coyote creek has a small stream(the one behind ME) which runs down through nantucket & even under mainstreet 1776 & with all the heavy rains bought on by Ivan there is a slight chance that the stream may have risen over it's banks.

And sarcasm soars over yet another oblivious head...
Vater, don't you know... you DON'T joke around about SFA to the chosen few.

I did hear that the Dippin'Dots guy was a bit upset by the flooding... but in true Six Flags fashion, they are taking full advantage... "For a Limited time only! Creek Mud flavored Dippin'Dots! Small: $5.99 Large: ONLY $6.99"

Speaking of flooding I saw some aeriol shots of SFOG being totally covered in water. I mean Mindbender had 15 feet I guess of water at the base of the drop. The Weather Channel said that the park would open the next day!
