The website says the ride could open very soon (if only I lived on the west coast). The pictures of the boats are humorous because they have those unnecessary headrests that Cedar Point is known for.
I know this is "just a stupid flume ride," but dear God is that thing huge!

HOLY WETNESS!!!!!!! DOES IT HAVE ORANGE SEATBELTS TOO????
Yeah yeah yeah, it's great and all, but is it ever gonna open or is it just gonna stand there to look cool.
I rather it do both. Open and look cool. ;)

Now your talking Dustijn! I like your attitude.

You guys should see this thing in person. That abominable drop looks surreal, like it wasnt meant to be that steep...
Oh my - that lift hill is steeper than a lot of drops I've seen! I don't even want to think about the plunge.

I saw it last weekend, it looks very scary! Some employees were allowed to ride it and reported how they were almost standing all the way down the drop! Once Knott's opens the ride, all the delays will be a distant memory as the ride will speak for itself.
------------- You may get wet on this attraction, you may even get drenched! But can you survive the PLUNGE?
Let me start by saying THAT RIDE IS SO COOL!!
I just noticed one flaw. (maybe) Is it just me or is the splash actually supposed to hit the bridge??? Maybe a fully loaded boat will splash the train?? (maybe?)
Yea the splash is meant to reach the bridge and soak the people that are exiting from the station.
