Penn/NY trip advise?

Alright, I've been out of the "coaster" loop (no pun intended) for a while, so I'm not sure what to do in this situation. My family is going to new york and pennsylvania, but apparently I can only pick two parks in that area, and Hersheypark has to be one of them. So, I basically get to pick one other park (coney island will probably be okay and not count as the other park) in this whole area. So, aside from coney island and hershey, what park in that area should I definitely go to. I like wooden coasters and hypers the most...so, advise please?
Knoebels for the Phoenix and Twister and the classic rides like the Flyers, Haunted Mansion, Scooters, and carousel with the ring machine. It's actually a park all your family members would enjoy.

There's also Dorney Park. Steel Force, Talon, Laser, and Thunderhawk are great! If it's hot and you don't venture into the Wild Water Kingdom you should be able to get plenty of coaster rides durring the day until the water park closes.

Also Great Adventure isn't too far from the NYC area you could also hit that as well. They have the most coasters in the NE.

For all out ride quality and atmosphere I'd stick with Knoebels.

Signature will be closed today. Sorry for the inconveinance.

Not that Dorney is a bad park (it does have Thunderhawk which is good and Steel Force and Talon which are above-average), but Knoebels is an experience not to be missed!

Definitely do Knoebels. Nuff said,period.
Knoebels kicks major butt, that would be my choice. As said, it is also a park the whole family coan enjoy for a low cost.
