PC Wonderland so different from SFGAm

I was at PCW on 5/27 and it was SO different from SFGAm. SFGAm was cleaner, had a more diverse selection of roller coasters (not just Arrow and Vekoma), had more employees, was less efficent, the prices were more expensive, and there were many other subtle and noticeable differences. The most notable was the coasters. PCW is all Arrow, Vekoma, TOGO and Philly Tobbogan Co. SFGAm is B&M, Intamin, Arrow, Vekoma, and Six Flags. Also, the employees at PCW were nicer. SFGAm probably has more staff because it is busier and larger. At SFGAm they seemed to be more concerned about safety. And everything was cheaper at PCW. For a soda from a vending machine it was about CDN$2(approx US$1.55) and at SFGAm it was $2.75. For 2 cheeseburgers, 2 fries, and 2 sodas it was like CDN$10 at PCW while SFGAm would be in excess of US$20. What's with that? I just wanted to tell of the differences. I now am very thankful that I have a park where there is such a diversity of rollercoasters while at PCW there is not. (mainly all are arrow and vekoma with one togo and one philly toboggan co.)

Thanks for loving my home park! I also dislike their food $$$. Very poor if you ask me. I am ashamed that they charge that much....it never used to be like that. As for PCW, never been there. Bet that Arrow suspended is nice!

Six Flags sux when it comes to customer satisfation in terms on money... $8 for parking, gimme a break. All that crap aside, I'm glad this park is my home park, we have a kick-ass woodie! AND, we also have McDonalds, Subway, Taco Bell, White Castle, Chillies, KFC, Pizza Hut, etc... right across the street! Amen!

Ow! My lap bar IS down all the way.
The service at SFGAM doesn't suck, in fact, SFGAM has some of the nicest employees and ride ops out there, I will admit the prices do suck, but other than that the park is fine.

I needed a small vacation, so they put me on a train. They called it rehabilitation, but here I am again-Monster Magnet
PCW is cool not the greastest rides but still cool. Speaking of PCW any news about them?
Arrow guy - yes, Vortex (arrow suspended at PCW) is awesome, albeit a bit short.
RagingBullGuy: The SFGAm employees are nice and funny, especially the Bull and Demon ride ops 6/12/2001 but the ops are PCW were just nicer than the SFGAm ops

Of course Paramount Canada's Wonderland is so different from Six Flags Great America...

I don't even know why you are comparing the two... they are in two completely different locations (Toronto, Ontario versus Chicago, Illinois), one is Six Flags, the other is Paramount. One is Canadian, the other is American.

Seems to be one of the oddest comparisons one could make mostly because of the distance between the two (of which PKI and PKD is closer to Great America!).

BTW: Canada's Wonderland at least has 12 coasters... it's just that they haven't gotten a new one since The Fly, and that isn't all that much of a real coaster (it is real, but not the kind we were all hoping for).

The Great Escape... Soon to become Six Flags Adrondiak Escape!!!
Oh, im talking about SFGA when I say that.
