I wish those things worked. 1 billion signatures would probably do nothing.

Coasterfreak...I feel for ya, but I have to agree with Peabody on this one. I admit, I did sign the petition a month or so back, but with very little confidence. I've seen petitions work for things in the past...but the city down there seems to have already made their minds up on the issue. And with the opening of the Hard Rock park in '08, they may not see a reason for the pavillion to stay around.
I had a blast there as a kid, and I would love to see something come of the petition, but I just don't see it. Unfortunately, I believe that people who frequented MBP over the years will probably forget about it in '08 when the HRP opens. *** Edited 4/15/2006 4:18:19 PM UTC by Floorless Fan***
