Path Building?

After building many parks I was just wondering what type of path system works the best?
I tried building paths around rides so the basic park looks like a bunch of intersections, I tried parks with just one basic path around the entire park, and even just built paths to any place I wanted.

Not Too Shabby For A Summer

Dont have too many paths..your guests will get lost.."Wah WAh..I cant find the exit.."
I think what works best for the parks I build is underground paths..and every one leads to the exit..havent lost a guest yet!

The best way is to make some kind of a complete circle, with the rides along the sides of the path. That works best with RCT parks AND real parks. Ever been to a major amusement park? Most of them use a big loop.

...But that's just my opinion. Unless it's also someone else's.
I found the best way, is to lay your park out in an almost grid-like pattern, that way, you minimize the chances of guests getting lost. Also, if you have a lengthy path leading only to a ride exit, stick a do not enter banner near the main path so that it doesn't wastes guests time walking to nothing.

I found the best way is a large circle with a path in each diection through the middle, so it looks like a crosshairs.

I tend to make one generally central path that runs the length of the park and then build paths off of that and connect them near the borders of the parks.
